Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Handle front office reception and administration duties, including answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes Coordinate with internal departments for day-to-day front desk activities Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, mail) Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed
