Job Summary:

We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and a professional attitude to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take messages when required.
• Maintain visitor records and ensure the front desk is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail/courier services.
• Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and assisting HR or Admin teams when needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments for meetings and appointments.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the reception area.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Any degree (freshers welcome).
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
• Pleasant attitude, good grooming, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, organized, and responsible.
