We’re looking for a warm, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist / Front-Office Executive to join our team and help deliver a welcoming environment for our patients. Indeed+1

Key Responsibilities

As the first point of contact at our centre, you will be instrumental in creating a great first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your main duties will include:
Warmly greeting and welcoming visitors as they arrive with a friendly and professional attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with excellent telephone etiquette, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly.
Manage appointment scheduling and visitor records accurately and efficiently.
Handle patient and visitor inquiries, providing clear and accurate information in person, by phone, or by email.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Coordinate with internal departments and staff as needed for smooth patient flow.
Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience as a receptionist, front-office executive, or similar role preferred but not mandatory — training is available. Workforce.com
