As a member of our front office operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the front desk and reception area. Your primary duties will include greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel. In addition, you will be required to maintain a neat and organized front office space, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinate appointments and meetings. You may also be tasked with handling basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in a similar front office or customer service role is preferred.
