Casa Azul Resort is looking for a professional and guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead front desk operations and ensure an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate will manage daily front office activities, supervise staff, and coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth resort operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front office operations including reception, reservations, and guest services
  • Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and professionally
  • Supervise, train, and schedule front office staff
  • Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests promptly
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams
  • Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and reservations
  • Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and report preparation
  • Maintain resort policies, SOPs, and service standards
  • Ensure guest data confidentiality and safety procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
