Front Office Manager – Munroe Island Lake Resort
Oversee front desk operations, guest services, and reservations to ensure a seamless guest experience. Manage staff, handle check-ins/outs, address guest concerns, and coordinate with other departments. Maintain high service standards, optimize occupancy, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Good English speaking skills, computer proficiency, communication and organizational skills required.
Prior hospitality experience preferred.
