Front Office Manager (Male)

Job Title: Front Office Manager (Male) – 4-Star Hotel in Maradu.

Location: Nettoor, Ernakulam, Kerala

• Age Requirement: Above 28years plus
• Accommodation & Meals: Provided
• Salary :30-33 k

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.

• Additional certifications in customer service, front office operations, or related fields are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in front office operations in a 4- or 5-star hotel.

• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within front office

Technical Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS)

• Familiarity with channel managers and online distribution platforms

• Comfortable with hotel booking engines, OTA extranets, and basic revenue management tools.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for reports and occupancy tracking).

Core Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent guest service and complaint-handling skills.

• Leadership, team motivation, and staff training capabilities.

• Strong communication skills (spoken and written English).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
