Location: Nettoor, Ernakulam, Kerala Age Requirement: Above 28years plus Accommodation & Meals: Provided Salary :30-33 k Requirements: Educational Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality. Additional certifications in customer service, front office operations, or related fields are a plus. Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in front office operations in a 4- or 5-star hotel. At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within front office Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) Familiarity with channel managers and online distribution platforms Comfortable with hotel booking engines, OTA extranets, and basic revenue management tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for reports and occupancy tracking). Core Skills & Competencies: Excellent guest service and complaint-handling skills. Leadership, team motivation, and staff training capabilities. Strong communication skills (spoken and written English).
