Job Description

Minimum 2 years of work experience required in similar roles
Graduation and computer knowledge are mandatory for all applicants.
Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Manage school communications, including newsletters and notices.
Assist with student Admissions and enrollment processes.
Coordinate appointment scheduling for staff and management.
Perform administrative duties, such as filing and data entry and on software and manual.
Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely manner.
Handle student records and maintain confidentiality.
Organize and maintain reception area for professionalism.
Collaborate with teachers and staff for efficient operations.
Address parent concerns and inquiries effectively.
Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
