Front Office Executive (Female) Industry: Education / Academic Institution Location: Attingal, Trivandrum, Kerala Salary: ₹25,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can apply) Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM) Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in visitors, students, and parents in a polite and professional manner. Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate information about courses, admissions, and institution-related queries. Maintain visitor logs and student records. Coordinate with the academic and administrative departments for scheduling appointments and meetings. Handle email and courier communications efficiently. Manage front office supplies and ensure reception area cleanliness. Provide support during admission and examination periods. Assist with basic data entry, student documentation, and filing work. Requirements: Education: Graduation preferred. Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution. Language Skills: Fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written). Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
