Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Front Office Executive who will be the first point of contact for candidatesand visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and conversionskills, be able to handle both telephonic and in-person inquiries, and guide students andtheir guardians regarding our IT training courses.

Key Responsibilities:

● Greet visitors professionally and create a welcoming environment.

● Interact with candidates both telephonically and in person to explain IT trainingcourses.

● Politely handle inquiries from students and their guardians, providing them withdetailed information about courses.

● Answer calls, schedule demos, and provide relevant information to prospectivestudents.

● Follow up with potential students for course enrollments and maintain a strongconversion rate.

● Ensure conversions through effective communication via calls and offline discussions.

● Maintain Excel sheets for data entry and track inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

● Exhibit patience while addressing queries and concerns from students and parents.

● Guide students if they are confused in choosing the right course based on theirprofile, interests, and career goals, helping them make an informed decision.

● Multitask efficiently by managing calls, scheduling Demos, and responding to inquiries.

● Assist in administrative tasks as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Graduation in any discipline.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu.

● Strong persuasion and conversion skills to guide candidates effectively.

● Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for maintaining records.

● Patience, politeness, and professionalism in handling candidate queries.

● Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

● Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

● Prior experience in a front office or customer service role is a plus.Why Join Us?
