Guest Relations Executive /Front Office– Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing client interactions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience for potential buyers, tenants, and investors.

English/Hindi & Telugu is mandate

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Handling: Greet and assist visitors, potential buyers professionally.
• Customer Service: Address client inquiries, provide property information, and guide them through the property buying or leasing process.
• Communication: Maintain clear and prompt communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage client appointments with sales and leasing teams.
• Hospitality Services: Ensure a premium hospitality experience, including offering refreshments and a comfortable environment.
• Documentation Support: Help clients with basic paperwork and coordinate with the legal and sales teams for documentation processing.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Requirements:

• Any Degree
• Min 6 months experience in as a Receptionist (preferably in real estate). Freshers also welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• English / Hindi and Telugu are mandate
• Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of real estate and property management is a plus.
• Ability to work on weekends and flexible schedules when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
