Duties

• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation and communication.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as necessary.
• Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with ordering when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous office or clerical experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
