Role Description – Front Office Executive

This is a full-time on-site role based in **Rajasthan, India**. The **Front Office Executive** will be responsible for managing front office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

* Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner

* Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries

* Coordinating with internal teams and providing administrative support

* Maintaining a welcoming and organized front office environment

* Managing schedules, appointments, and office documentation

Qualifications

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English

* Proficiency in receptionist and front office tasks

* Excellent customer service abilities

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

* Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,656.90 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
