2. Call donors for inhouse and SDP donations3. Making QC calls4. Prepare HLA kits5. Attend blood donation drives and visit companies as it is required6. Digitalising the donor forms7. Bulk transfer declaration form filling8. Managing the SBC reception when Sharanya is not present9. Add all patient requests to eBB.10. Scan and attach patient requests to the system.11. Maintain contact with the families and inform them on likely time to deliver the product.12. Ensure billing is done.13. Recheck all products prior to issue. Check for:*Blood group matching patient requests*Product is correct physically and on label*Barcode, product label code and issue label code is matching*Expiry date*Crossmatch report is there*Patient name and details are correct on patient label.14. The receiver should be shown each bag and made to confirm. We can print the crossmatch report in duplicate and secure a received signature. This should be filed.15. Maintain packaging for courier transfer of blood and coordinate. Ensure boxes are ready for courier people and handover on time.16. Ensure supply of units to daycare.17. Receive donors warmly and assist them with the form filling process until they move to medical examination.18. Call reserved patient requests and if reservation is no longer needed, request technologist on duty to revert stock.19. Prepare documentation for bulk transfers.20. Registering patients in BMTplus21. Taking printout of donor forms and uploading forms
