Job Summary:

We are hiring a well-spoken, enthusiastic, and professional Front Office Executive with a pleasing personality and strong communication skills. If you enjoy working with people and can manage multiple tasks with a smile, we’d love to meet you. Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and route incoming calls
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee housekeeping staff
• Maintain front desk operations and petty cash records
• Support billing and assist with wellness program activities
• Ensure a clean, organized, and patient-friendly front office
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to

time.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Energetic personality with a polished and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Experience in a front desk or clinic setting is a plus
• Immediate availability or ability to join before Oct 15th, 2025

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
