About the Role
We’re looking for a smart, friendly, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to be the face of our travel company. You’ll welcome visitors, handle client inquiries about tour packages, flight bookings, and visa services, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth travel experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors with professionalism.
Handle inquiries related to tour packages, ticketing, and visa assistance.
Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and visa teams for client requirements.
Maintain front office records, client logs, and travel documentation.
Support daily administrative and customer service tasks.
Who Can Apply
Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
1–3 years of experience in a travel agency or tour operations office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM, or travel software).
Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
