Job Description

Front Desk Executive Female

  • Bachelor's Degree, Proficiency in English (spoken and written) & basic computer skills.
  • 1-2 Years of experience in hotel
  • Good communication skill is must.
  • Food & Accommodation is provided

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests wherever possible.
  • Assist in pre-registration and room blocking for reservations.
  • Adhere to proper credit, check-cashing, and cash handling policies.
  • Understand room status, types, locations, rates, and property services.
  • Present options to guests and assist them in decision-making.
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to promote rooms and other services.
  • Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping, including checkouts, late checkouts, early check-ins, special requests, and day-use rooms.
  • Maintain guest room key storage and supervise safe deposit box access.
  • Perform cashier functions, post charges to guest accounts, manage paid outs, and currency exchange.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with housekeeping.
  • Follow all safety and emergency procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
