Experience: 1-3 years preferred (Healthcare or Hospital industry experience is an advantage)
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality or Healthcare background preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and queue management.
• Provide information regarding services, consultation timings, and doctor availability.
• Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the hospital management system.
• Coordinate with various departments (Billing, OPD, Pharmacy, etc.) to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures for OPD and follow-up patients.
• Address patient concerns promptly or escalate them to the concerned authority.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception and front office area.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital software (basic knowledge)
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance
• Good command of English and Hindi
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy hospital environment
• Patient-friendly attitude and service-oriented approach
