Key Responsibilities.
* Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally.
* Manage patient registration, OPD/IPD entries, and appointment scheduling.
* Verify patient documents, ID proofs, and insurance details.
* Guide patients to relevant departments and service areas.
* Generate OPD/IPD bills and process payments (cash, card, online).
* Maintain daily cash collection reports and submit to accounts.
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls and respond to enquiries.
* Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments for smooth workflow.
* Assist in admission and discharge processes.
* Address patient queries and escalate issues when necessary.
* Maintain accurate patient records and update hospital software.
* Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
* Keep the front desk area clean, organised, and presentable.
* Manage waiting area and ensure smooth patient flow.
* Handle visitor passes and access protocols.
