Job Description Answer incoming and outgoing calls, determine the purpose of calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department. Maintaining records of all outgoing international calls. Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable. Maintain security by following producers monitoring logbook issuing visitor badges. Greet customers warmly and direct them to the correct destination. To maintain confidentiality and show discretion. Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedure, rules and regulations. Maintain and update inventory of the items issued to the reception area. Maintaining & updating the extensions and mobile numbers of existing employees and new joiners. To represent the organisation in an ethical and professional manner. All other related jobs assigned by your reporting manager.
