Role & responsibilities

  • To achieve targets established by both the assistant facilities manager with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Promoters Open, constructive and collaborate relations with superiors, subordinates, peers, and clients.
  • Ownership of the day-to-day administration including various report generation/MIS to the management
  •  Arrangement of all consumables and supplies for Client / VIP visits
  • Preparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports
  • Submission of invoices by vendor
  • Performance objectives
  • Managing MIS
  • Handling enquiries and complaints
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and team, vendor and  time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
