The Role

We are seeking Front Office Executive (ISO) to join our team.

• Maintaining office decorum, manage office supplies stock and place order maintaining registers.
• Files according to ISO standard Supervising leading House keeping /Admin Assistant / Security GuardsThird Party Communication Payment Vendor Management.
• Facilitating employees for their needs maintaining stocks of stationary, fixed assets, pantry material, first Aid kit etc.in record and physically courier management travel management attendance management keeping all the records and reporting to HO and RM on regular basis.
• Events Management/Support HR/IT department and employee engagement activities NDA - Purchase order Employee Vehicle Details Maintain petty cash and Cheque issueAccess Card DetailKeep all tracker updated Maintain due date diary.
  

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant or Receptionist role, ideally within the Healthcare & Lifesciences industry.
• You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
• You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• You have good communication skills and are comfortable with handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
