Front Office Executive

Care Bridge Home provides professional home care and residential care services for seniors and people with various medical needs. We offer both medical and non-medical support to help our clients live comfortably and safely.

The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for clients, patients, families, and visitors. This person manages the front desk, answers inquiries, schedules services, maintains records, and helps ensure smooth communication between clients and the home care team.

This role requires good communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with care and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

  • Answer and make phone calls, handling inquiries about appointments, services, and general information.
  • Communicate clearly and politely with clients, families, healthcare staff, and other team members.
  • Assist new clients with the intake and registration process.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain and update client records and office documents accurately and confidentially.
  • Keep the reception area neat, organized, and welcoming.
  • Support basic marketing activities and help generate new client referrals.
  • Follow up daily with staff and families to ensure quality of care and client satisfaction.
  • Follow all company policies and maintain Care Bridge Home’s service standards.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks on time.
  • Professional and caring attitude when dealing with clients, families, and healthcare staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Empathy and commitment to supporting elderly clients.
  • Willingness to travel for home visits when needed.
  • Must be based in Thiruvalla or willing to relocate.
  • Able to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including Saturdays, and remain reachable by phone after hours if required.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, or office administration.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.

Employment Type

· 3-month probation period, with possible extension to a 2-years or more contract based on performance.
