Role & responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors warmly, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and manage visitor sign-in/out procedures.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Handle inquiries, provide general information, and take accurate messages.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Maintain and update contact lists and various company records.
  • Ensure the reception area, lobby, and common spaces are tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
