Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive (Freshers) located in Gurugram. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling front office operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients and staff. Additional tasks include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and assisting with administrative duties as needed.

• Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
