Front Office Executive for Hotel – Regenta Inn Nellore

💰 Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month + sale incentives + accommodation

We are looking for a Front Office Executive who can do more than guest check-ins, someone who can also help us build and maintain strong corporate client relationships. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Hotelogix Front Office Software and be confident in client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out.
• Manage reservations and operations on Hotelogix PMS.
• Handle guest queries, calls, and emails with professionalism.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with sales/management team to onboard new corporate accounts.
• Ensure seamless communication between front office and all hotel departments.

Requirements:

• Hotelogix Front Office Software experience is mandatory.
• 3Years prior experience in front office operations with exposure to corporate bookings.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (English, Hindi, Telugu).
• Outgoing personality and ability to network with corporates.
• Graduate/Hotel Management Diploma preferred.
