Respond to inquiries from learners and other visitors and inform them about the company’s training services.
Respond quickly and efficiently to learners’ complaints or concerns, ensuring resolution or escalation as required.
As required, offer support and assistance to other departments.

REQUIRED KEY SKILLS

Demonstrated proficiency in a front desk or customer service position.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a warm and professional attitude.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or other basic office programs.
Ability to efficiently multitask and balance various priorities.
The capacity to remain composed under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.
