Job Description

Job Summary:

The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing patient admissions (IPD/OPD), handling enquiries, counseling patients and attendants, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, a patient-centric attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors courteously.
  • Handle

    IPD and OPD registrations, admissions, and discharges

    efficiently.
  • Provide

    counseling to patients and their families

    regarding hospital services, billing procedures, and admission protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and updated patient records in the hospital management software.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and other departments for seamless patient service.
  • Handle telephone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient follow-ups.
  • Manage the front office area, ensuring it remains neat, organized, and welcoming.
  • Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and service quality standards.
  • Support in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication (English and Hindi).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, Hospital Management Software).
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to handle pressure.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Hospitality / Healthcare Administration).
  • Experience: 25 years in front office or customer service (healthcare experience preferred).

Work Schedule:

  • Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per hospital policy.
