Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Procurement of materials and coordination with suppliers

Process supplier payments on time

Identify and approach new vendors

Handle quotations and documentation

Organize and maintain purchase records

Manage all inbound and outbound courier activities.

Track deliveries and maintain proper documentation for all consignments.

Maintain visitor logs and handle front desk documentation.

Maintain and update stock registers for office and production materials.

Preferred candidate profile

Good written communication and email handling skills

Polite and professional spoken communication

Interact with suppliers over calls and email for price negotiation and order updates.

Work Timings: 9.30am to 6pm

Work Days: Monday to Saturday
