Front office & Customer Relation Executive

This role requires a professional who can manage customer relationships through outbound calls and follow-ups, assist the sales team, and simultaneously handle front office operations and basic administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on sales leads and inquiries
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions
• Coordinate with the sales team for scheduling meetings, sharing leads, and updating client feedback.
• Assist in preparing basic sales reports, client communication materials, and presentations.
• Attend to front desk duties including welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, and appointment scheduling.
• Support administrative functions like maintaining office supplies, organizing files, and internal coordination

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and confident telephone manner.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Should be proactive, organized, and team-oriented.
