Front Office cum Video Presentation Specialist (Females Preferred)

You will be responsible for managing front office operations and creating engaging video presentations for our business. As the Front Desk cum Video Presentation Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Additionally, you will support media and presentation requirements to enhance the company's brand image. Your key responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and guests, managing incoming calls and correspondence, maintaining visitor records, and coordinating appointments and schedules. You will also assist in creating and presenting company videos and promotional materials, preparing PowerPoint/video presentations for meetings and client pitches, and collaborating with management to ensure presentations align with branding. Basic editing and formatting of video/presentation content will also be part of your duties. In terms of general administration, you will be responsible for maintaining office files, documents, and supplies, supporting internal communication and coordination between departments, and providing administrative assistance to management as needed. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Media, or a related field. This position is open only to Freshers who possess proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Being presentable, organized, and customer-service oriented are essential traits for success in this role.
