Job Description

Collaborate with trading desks, risk managers, and quants to gather and document business requirements related to trade capture, pricing, risk management, and other front-office activities. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and technical documentation for Murex implementation and integration. Design, configure, and enhance Front Office workflows in Murex, ensuring seamless trade capture, risk management, pricing, and reporting processes. Work closely with the Murex technical teams to ensure that the platform is configured to meet business needs, providing a comprehensive solution for the Front Office. Support the testing process by working with QA teams to ensure that the implemented solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects. Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, ensuring smooth iterative delivery of solutions. Provide ongoing support post-implementation, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the operational efficiency of Front Office workflows. Assist in the creation of reports, dashboards, and other tools that provide real-time insights into trade data and risk metrics for front-office teams. Skills Must have 4+ Years of experience as a Murex Front Office BA Techno-Functional BA: Strong ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring that functional requirements are met through technical solutions. In-depth knowledge of Murex Front Office workflows: Solid understanding of Murexs Front Office modules, including trade capture, pricing, risk management, and PnL (Profit and Loss) calculations. Asset Class Knowledge: Understanding of various asset classes such as Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives, and how they are managed in the Front Office. Experience in Functional Designs/BRDs: Ability to create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and other technical documentation to support Murex configurations and workflows. Experience working in Agile: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery. Experience in Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to work with data from the Murex platform to create meaningful reports and insights for the Front Office team. Knowledge of SQL: Strong ability to use SQL for querying data, generating reports, and validating Murex data models. Nice to have Experience with Murex Configurations: Experience in configuring and customizing Murex modules for Front Office workflows is highly desirable. Knowledge of Risk Management Systems: Understanding of Front Office risk management systems and their integration with Murex for real-time risk analysis and reporting. Experience with Financial Products: Exposure to financial products like Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX, and Equities in the context of trading and risk management. Murex Certification: Relevant certifications or training in Murex modules or Front Office processes are a plus. Experience in Integration: Experience in integrating Murex with other Front Office or risk management systems, such as trading platforms, pricing engines, and market data sources.
