Front Office Associate

We are looking for Front Office Associate specifically have an experience in Star Category Hotel / Hospitality Industry, who is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and assisting with various guest needs.

• Min 02 yrs Experience in a reputed Star Hotel.
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments.
• Taking and managing reservations, including booking changes and cancellations.
• Handling guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying reservations, collecting payments, and issuing keys.
• Providing information about the hotel, local attractions, and other services.
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensuring accurate billing and processing guest payments.
• Answering phones, directing calls, and maintaining clear communication with other departments.
• Addressing guest concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Coordinating with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met.
• Only Male Candidates Preferred.
• Food & Accommodation will be provided if its needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
