Front Office Associate

Mesta Hotel looking for a highly talented and active Front Office Associate to join our hotel. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests
• Answering inquiries
• Handling guest complaints
• Managing reservations
• Processing payments
• Maintaining records, files and database
• Managing phone calls
• Collaborating with other departments
• Communicating with guests

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
