Job Description

We are looking for a smart and courteous Guest Service Associate to manage front desk operations. Responsibilities include guest check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, and handling guest queries. Candidates with good communication skills, computer knowledge, and a customer-first attitude are preferred. Hotel Management diploma/degree is an advantage. Flexible to work in shifts.
Guest Handling

  • Greet guests courteously upon arrival and departure.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and directions.

Reservations & Front Desk Operations

  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Update and maintain guest profiles in the PMS (Property Management System).
  • Allocate rooms as per guest preferences and hotel availability.
  • Ensure accurate billing, posting of charges, and cash/credit card handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,808.70 - ₹15,000.00 per month
