Front Office Assistant

1. Experience : 2 - 4 years

2. Salary Budget : 14,000 to 18,000 Gross

3. Language : English , Hindi & Kannada and other preferred language.

4.Software : Microsoft , Inn keys - PMS.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Greeting customers and clients as they enter the office and directing them to the appropriate person or department

Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Managing the front desk, including accepting and directing mail, packages, and deliveries

Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports

Maintaining a clean and organized front office area

Performing general office tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and ordering supplies

Providing support to other departments as needed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and clients

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
