Job Overview:
La Nature Hotels & Resorts is looking for a well-groomed, professional, and guest-focused Senior Guest Service Associate (Reception) to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of the resort, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out procedures and delivering a warm, welcoming experience to all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest arrivals, departures, and reservation processes efficiently
• Provide accurate information about rooms, services, and local attractions
• Address guest requests, feedback, and complaints with a courteous attitude
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for seamless service
• Maintain records, billing, and daily reports as per SOP

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in front office or guest relations
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Familiarity with PMS (Property Management Systems) preferred
• Pleasing personality, confident demeanor, and problem-solving mindset
