Job Description:
Our 4-star hotel, Viraj Retreat, is currently hiring a Front Office Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a well-groomed and customer-oriented individual to manage front desk operations and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Hotel Management
• OR Diploma in Tourism Management
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Pleasant and professional demeanor

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out
• Manage reservations and respond to inquiries
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• Maintain guest records and front office reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
