As a Front Office staff member, your role will involve a wide range of duties focused on maintaining smooth operations and delivering exceptional guest or customer service. This will include tasks such as answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, scheduling appointments, managing administrative responsibilities, and effectively addressing inquiries and complaints.
