Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Role Overview:
The Front Office Assistant will manage day-to-day operations at the hospital front desk, assist patients, schedule doctor appointments, and ensure smooth administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient registrations, appointments, and general inquiries.
• Assist with billing processes, including OPD and radiology billing, and documentation.
• Maintain proper records and filing systems.
• Coordinate with doctors, departments, and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address patient queries professionally.
• Support other administrative tasks as assigned by the front office incharge.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospital front office, OPD billing, radiology billing, main reception, and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to schedule doctor appointments efficiently.
• Knowledge of hospital procedures and billing systems is an advantage.
• Presentable personality.
• Candidates residing near Thane preferred.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
