Key Responsibilities:

• Review and manage cashless scheme patients and their medications daily.
• Distribute and maintain records of medicines for cashless patients.
• Monitor and control medicine inventory post-discharge.
• Report daily to the HOD and Medical Head regarding cashless patients, medicines, and NABH compliances.
• Prepare purchase orders for medicines.
• Review and interpret physician orders, detecting therapeutic incompatibilities.
• Dispense medications by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals.
• Monitor drug therapies, advise interventions, and counsel patients on medication use.
• Support hospital staff with pharmacological information and training.
• Adhere to infection-control protocols and maintain a safe, clean pharmacy environment.
• Organize pharmacy operations efficiently for fast and accurate product identification.
• Stock, label, and deliver medicines while offering advice to patients as needed.

Required Skills:

• Strong medical expertise and medication management.
• Excellent patient care and counseling skills.
• Ability to verify prescriptions for allergies, side effects, and drug interactions.
• Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic health records.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting.
Additional Requirements: Registration Certificate and PPP Card are mandatory.
Qualifications: D.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
Reporting To: Pharmacy Manager
