Job Description

As a Front Desk Coordinator, your role involves greeting and managing all visitors, clients, vendors, and deliveries in a professional manner. You will be responsible for maintaining and operating the digital visitor management system (VMS) to log entries and generate visitor passes. In addition, issuing QR-coded / biometric / ID-based entry passes according to access protocols is part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate visitor approvals with tenants, security, and relevant departments in real-time - Monitor and update daily visitor dashboards, occupancy records, and access reports - Handle incoming calls, route them to the correct departments or offices, and maintain inquiry logs - Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk and lobby space - Assist with scheduling common facilities like conference rooms or lobby displays via system tools - Support basic building administration tasks including email communication, courier tracking, and tenant coordination Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role preferred - Proficiency in using digital visitor management systems - Strong communication and organizational skills This role is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work.
