Job Description

As a young and energetic guest service relationship candidate, you will play a crucial role in assisting with office work and hotel operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating a warm and welcoming arrival experience for guests - Listening to and understanding guest requests and needs, responding with appropriate actions and providing accurate information - Handling special requests from guests and ensuring timely and appropriate responses - Answering telephone and email inquiries promptly and efficiently - Registering guests with FRRO for C form (training will be provided) - Maintaining coordination with other departments such as maintenance, purchase, housekeeping, and kitchen for smooth hotel operations - Overseeing day-to-day hotel operations and performing any other assigned tasks To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Graduation in Commerce, Science, or Computers - Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, and basic information technologies - Fluency in spoken and written English - Willingness to learn all essential aspects of hotel operations Additionally, the job offers benefits such as food, accommodation, a flexible schedule, and day or rotational shifts.
