Job Description

We are looking for experienced Front Office, to maintain leads, Clients details & clinic activities.

Client Interaction , Reception Management & Maintain Records.
Appointment & Schedule Management
Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth scheduling.
Assist in handling social media inquiries, leads related to appointments.
Inform clients about ongoing offers and promotions & Support marketing activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience in a front office, clinic, or salon is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English & Tamil.
Customer-oriented, polite, and well-groomed appearance.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
