Front Line techanical Staff

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Front Line Technical Staff member to support day-to-day mechanical operations, machinery maintenance, and technical support on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical tools, equipment, and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machinery and mechanical tools on the production floor.
• Perform daily routine checks and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Support technical teams during installation, repair, and testing of mechanical components.
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
• Maintain logs of work performed and report any equipment issues promptly.
• Assist in quality control checks and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to improve production efficiency.
• Participate in periodic training sessions and implement new techniques as instructed.

Key Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools
• Ability to read technical drawings and instructions
• Knowledge of safety practices and PPE usage
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail
• Problem-solving and basic maintenance skills
• Teamwork and time management

Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a similar technical role (Freshers with strong practical skills may also apply)

Working Conditions:

• Factory/shop floor environment
• Shift-based work (if applicable)
• Standing for extended periods and handling mechanical components

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
