Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Front line Sales - Insurance position at Aditya Birla Capital. The Front line Sales representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as engaging with Partner ( BANCA) , promoting insurance products, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves providing customer service, attending sales training sessions, and managing sales processes efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Experience in Training and developing sales techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Background in financial services or insurance is a with minimum experience of 1 year
