Qualifications & Requirements

      • Possess a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field
      • Minimum 1 year of related experience in front-line, receptionist, or in a similar role
      • Experience in clerical work and general administrative tasks is an added advantage
      • Well-groomed, consistent, with good interpersonal, and communication skills
      • Computer literate and able to perform basic office software functions
      • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

      • Responsible for reception duties, including greeting and welcoming visitors professionally, answering and directing incoming calls, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area
      • Manage inquires in a professional and courteous manner via in-person, phone, or email
      • Coordinate reservations for meeting rooms, executive lounge, and training rooms
      • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondences such as documents, parcels, and courier services
      • Provide administrative support across departments and perform other tasks as assigned by the Superior when required
