Front End Engineer

Role Overview: As a Front-End Engineer with 5-8 years of experience, located in Chennai, you will be responsible for developing dynamic and responsive web applications that provide seamless user experiences. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and ensuring that the applications perform smoothly across various browsers and devices. Key Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining modern, interactive, and scalable web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript - Writing semantic and accessible HTML5, along with modular, maintainable CSS - Working extensively with React.js or similar frameworks like Vue or Angular - Developing responsive layouts that offer a consistent experience across all modern browsers and devices - Translating UX/UI designs into fully functional web interfaces - Collaborating with designers and backend developers to create cohesive products - Ensuring usability and accessibility best practices are implemented for a smooth user experience Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 - Hands-on experience with React.js and a solid understanding of its ecosystem - Knowledge of version control systems like Git, responsive design techniques, and browser compatibility Additional Details: Experience with audio or video on the web, familiarity with media-related browser APIs such as Media Source Extensions (MSE), Web Audio API, getUserMedia, Media Recorder, etc., and an interest in multimedia experiences and interactive UIs would be considered as bonus points.
