Front End Developer(React.js)

Role Overview

We are looking for skilled React.js Web Developer to design and build a modern, scalable executive reporting portal that unifies all leadership dashboards into a single secure intranet platform. This role owns the front-end architecture end to end, including component development, integration with backend services, performance optimization, and implementation of role-based access, while remaining independent of any specific BI tool stack. You will collaborate closely with BI, data, and design teams to create a seamless, fast, and intuitive user experience where executives can easily browse, search, and interact with reports, shaping the overall user journey and delivering a polished, responsive interface that serves as the single entry point for executive insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a robust React.js application to serve as the companys executive reporting portal.
• Build reusable components, layout frameworks, and interaction patterns for the portal.
• Integrate with backend APIs, authentication layers, and secure data endpoints.
• Work closely with BI, UI/UX, and data engineering teams to expose dashboards, reports, and pages in a unified interface.
• Implement routing, role-based access, caching strategies, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate on defining the information architecture, navigation design, and content structure.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility standards.
• Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation and version control practices.
• Troubleshoot frontend issues and support enhancements during rollout.

Key Skills:

• 58 years of experience building modern single-page applications using React.js.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals with hands-on experience in hooks, context, state management, and component patterns.
• Experience with UI libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra UI, or custom component design.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication (OAuth/SAML/JWT), and secure integration practices.
• Ability to architect scalable frontend solutions including routing, lazy loading, and caching.
• Experience working on internal portals, enterprise tools, or data-heavy applications is preferred.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, cloud deployment patterns, and containerized environments.
• Good communication, problem-solving abilities, and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
• Good to have exposure to backend frameworks (Node.js), charting libraries (D3.js, Highcharts, Recharts), and analytics product development. Experience working with design tools like Figma will be helpful.
